Big "Betty" was our first Child & as with all children you shouldn't have a favourite but she is. Weighing Two & a half Tonnes she can slow smoke 250kg of meat in one cook off. She is fired on Apple wood from local cider farms & the cider from these farms is used to keep our pulled pork shoulder moist during is long low slow 16 hour cook.
