Following a tender by North Somerset Council, who owns the Tropicana, we were awarded the contract alongside the SEEmonster, this has further been extended for two years now.

We are an award-winning team known for providing choice of alternative dietary options has so far been behind Passion & Smoke, Hetty’s Hen House, The Texas Kitchen and Texas Kitchen Roadhouse.

At The Bay Café we continue to use ethical and locally sourced ingredients, while remaining committed to actively reduce food miles. It will source Somerset’s best produce from small and local producers to showcase and support local businesses.

The menu promises to have something for everyone including a selection of vegan, vegetarian and gluten free dishes. Based on a street food concept, breakfast will include favourites like Eggs Benedict, traditional Somerset old spot sausage baps and smashed avocado with paprika, lemon and chilli flakes on toasted sourdough.

Our lunch menu will contain some customer favourite dishes such as a cider applewood smoked pulled pork bap with house BBQ sauce and pickles, or a homemade spiced sweet potato falafel wrap with a citrus hummus and fresh salad.
