​Meet "Hank" the tank he is a 1967 PS3630 GMC Step truck all the way from Las Vegas. He has a Chevrolet 350 crate 5.7 L V8 engine, making him as hungry as some of our customers ! He had a makeover in 2018 turning him into our iconic American Food Truck bringing our authentic Smokehouse food on the road!
